This was absolutely delicious. The squash added the perfect amount of sweetness and the Tahini Sauce was wonderfully seasoned!

BLECH!! I can totally do veggie/fruit combo juice, but just veggie? BARF. I had to guzzle this sucker down.
Day 3 Lunch: Spiced Butternut Squash and Apple Soup
